Harold graduated from USC undergraduate and Law School. He was one of the founders of the California Applicant's Attorney's Association (CAAA), an organization that fights for the rights and dignity of injured workers in California. He is an experienced specialist in Workers' Compensation law and still an active member of The Board of Governors for CAAA. He is a past president of that organization along with many others and a recipient of the very Distinguished Eugene Marias Lifetime Achievement Award.
